Will the real Tarrannum stand up?

Like I guessed, it turned out to be fake. Here is what the real Tarrannum looks like.

The pictures show an actress called Tamanna Bhatia.

Tarrannum Khan

She has been in the news recently because of a cricket betting scandal. Being a dancing bar girl is a scandal in itself. What’s different about her? Come back after you’ve seen this

How are we doing? I thought she could handily beat the top 5% in bollywood. If you have some authoritative data on confirming the pictures as not fake, drop me a line.

“Hot” open source software

If you’re wondering what OS/distro the “pros” use, you might want to look at one of the more successful internet businesses .

Bangalore infrastructure

A factoid I gathered today:

The state government derives 70 per cent of its revenues from Bangalore and needs to plough back a bit more to make the city better. If the city prospers it will generate resources and a better life for all.

And mind you, karnataka is not a small state. Bangalore forms less than 10% of the area of the state.

Could this be titled: Iran defends it’s rights?

Following up on my earlier blog about Iranian nukes.

Well, I don’t know whether Iran is lying or not. But I’m sure the Iranian news outlets have a different way of viewing this (Iran throws down gauntlet in nuclear row)

Western news agencies need to do better in reporting news, without adding their opinion, IMO.

Sun has been getting bold about the language in their ads and attacking competition, but why pick specfp?

Looks like camcorder vendors are in some trouble. $199 + 1 GB SD card will give you approximately 25 mins of MPEG-4 video.

Looking for QEMU OS X Binaries? Other sites seem to be carrying older versions of the binaries. Project Q looks interesting.
