The screenshot with the bilingual text uses Arial
Unicode. I don't understand why it can't display
vattu's. Since sampige displays it, it can't be a OOO
issue. All other screenshots use Sampige.

Yes. Translations need to be reviewed. More on it in
my next post.

This is unicode, but this is not compiled against
fontconfig & I have noticed this behaviour with the
hindi translation as well while rendering english
text. So, probably it is a bug.
