[Kannada] licensing info in kannada fonts.

Hi,
 We were trying to get the kannada fonts included in debian package
ttf-indic-fonts
http://kannada.sourceforge.net/downloads/fonts/
Jaldhar who is one of the package builder complained abt the licenses
in Font not being proper. 
ie. while in the README its noted as under GPL, but in the font such
copyright notice is not there - just a 'all rights reserved'
 typically a font in GPL should have the notice in the licening fields
of font properties & also its embedding status shouldnt prevent it
from being embeded into documents.

Can anyone look into this?
