[Kannada] KSD Issues

Hello Manmaya Kumar,
 
Why are you getting upset for what I am doing ? What can I do, I allways get these kind of things into me. I do't go and look out for faults with people. It comes to me. Atleast it is doing something good for KANNADA SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT(KSD). 
 
Some Kannadigas who were calling themselves as KANANDA LANGUAGE GURUS are not coming forward now to identify the mistakes of KSD and their mistakes. Do you know why ? BECAUSE it comes on them. That is why they are keeping quiet and hiding.
 
GO here all will know some of the history of KSD. There is more than this. We can write a book on KSD.

Do you think KGP will come accept their mistakes on KSD and NUDI Fonts ? Do you think they will tell GOK that they copied NUDI fonts from BARAHA? 
 
Mr. VASU of BARAHA had to writen an email to MD of Cyberscape for Lifting Glyphs from Akruthi Fonts when Vasu released BARAHA 1.0. What do you call this? INVENTION ? GOOD WORK by KANNADIGA ? Are you going to give him a NOBLE prize for doing this?
 
PLEASE WRITE in this group WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO IDENTIFY WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS WITH KSD in KARNATAKA STATE. Have you advised GOK on that? or anyone else?
 
I am doing that Manmaya Kumar. Are you ? That is why atleast KSD issue is still existing now in GoK and all other places. I have made KSD issue come on the floor of Karnataka Assembly and Council delebartions. 
 
What is your answer to RCILTS at IISc spending 1.3 Crores of rupees in the name of KANNADA LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT. On what ? Can RCILTS at IISc show what it did with that money ? Can you work on that for US. I will keep away from that RCILTS. This money belongs to TAXPAYERS of the country. RCILTS of IISC has not responded to my emails since about a year. Is this what you call ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY and TRANSPARENCY ? PLEASE tell me , what I am doing wrong. If I do not get reply from RCILTS of IISC, I know how to go further up the ladder. This is MISUSE of PUBLIC MONEY.
If this same money(1.3 Crores) were to be given to hard working kannadigas who are working on KSD in this group, KSD would have been in different world. 
 
Anyway, I will wait for your answers for this on KSD. There is no reason for you to loose sleep over what I am doing for KSD.

Dear Mr Venkat Kumaraswamy,

I have gone through some of your mails in this list. I can not figure
out what is your goal. You keep on finding fault in everyone. IISc
folks might have goofed up in writing the ID fot the font. Or it could
be the mistake of the vendor (Cyberscape) who supplied the fonts to
IISc. Both IISc and Cyberscape may not have legal experts to write a
GPL or something of that sorts statement. Is it that important? What
we want is some good opentype fonts. Dr Pavanaja has reported in this
list sometimes back that both those fonts (Kedage and Mallige) are not
perfect. If I remember correctly, he had mentioned that both Mallige
and Kedage are just the copy of Sampige font, but different glyph
shapes. Nobody from IISc commented on the observations of Dr Pavanaja.
I wish IISc/Cyberscape perfects their font and we will have some
opentype font other than the Tunga, which is Microsoft proprietary.
