[Kannada] Web based Translation tool for Kannada

Hi Folks,

A new web-based translation tool has been installed for Kannada translation 
at:
http://sampada.net/translate/main.php

Please take part and help localize Open source applications to Kannada.

Thanks to Sunil Mohan Adapa and few other folks from TCS, Hyderabad for 
sending out the code and making this possible.
